Out return policy
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and, if possible, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. Next, contact your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your email address], and we will respond promptly.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us by email and send your item back to the SUITSU address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For items valued over EUR 100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
